Responsibilities
Execute packaging technology strategies in the plant, including growth initiatives, quality improvements, productivity/cost-reduction activities, troubleshooting activities and general packaging support as needed.
Track cost reductions in all process improvement activities (i.e. materials, utilities, yield, and labor).
Train packaging technicians as part of product and process improvements, new equipment and plant commissioning.
