Responsibilities
Analyzes, troubleshoots and reviews findings to determine source of problem(s) and/ or corrective action needed.
Coordinates with engineering, customer service and other teams to expedite repairs.
Providing customers on-site evaluation, inspection, training and repair of equipment.
Responsible for start-up, servicing and repairing industrial equipment at Customer’s sites.
This position requires high level of Customer Interface, including Training of job site personnel in the proper Operating & Maintenance of the equipment.
At home work will consist of planning and preparing for trips, filling out reports and assisting customers over the phone.
