1.Transportation of Coal from surface of
MCL to MCL Railway Siding.
LEAD(km): 6 km
Monthly Rate per HYWA
Rs. 1,30,000.00/ month with 14 hours day of work and 4 days off /month
1. The rate of mechanical transfer of this contract not to be estimate and comparison of similar
type work or work site in future.
2. HSD will be provided by company.
3. For maintenance of vehicle garage assistance will be provided and same will be deducted from
the bill.
4. Minor Maintenance of vehicle will be provided by the company up to Rs.4500.00, lodging of the drivers and helpers.
5. Before 45 Days of notice both party can stop the work subject to dispute.
6. None of the party cannot stop the work before completion of work for 6 months without any
dispute or monetary.
7. payment will be paid on 25th of every month
8. Escalation will be given as per the ratio of MCL.
9. Detain charges will not be deducted before 3 hours. (in break down period of vehicle)
10. In case of dispute same shall be adjudicated within the Jurisdiction of Talcher
11. ADVANCE OF 30-35K per vehicle would be provided.
